six months and still talking

I love my husband

So every time Ryan and I see or talk to my sweet grandpa Price he always asks us if we are still talking to each other? haha he is so funny, it always makes us laugh because it never fails, he always asks. But the answer is always YES. Not only are we still talking to each other but today we have been married for six months and we are still talking and even more in love that six months ago. I am so thankful for Ryan i could not ask for a greater person to spend eternity with. He makes me the happiest girl in the world, and well he is just awesome. I love that he takes me on a date every week even though we are both super busy, he gives me a foot rub almost daily, and when I am mad or sad he takes it as a challenge to make me smile and laugh and he is really good at it. He is just I fun person I love being around him, it is my favorite part of everyday, cant wait for our date tonight!

Update on our lives

its been awhile from my last post, we have been pretty busy between school and work and... getting in to our new apt.!!!! Yep thats right last monday we got in to our new apartment in Idaho Falls we are on our own again. As nice as is was living with the Potter's what with saving lots of money, the great company, the yummy food and DVR it is nice to on our own again. I will admit though the first night in our apt. I got a little home sick then my sweet husband reminded me that I was only five minutes away from home :)

The new apt has also been fun because we where able to open up all are wedding gifts and most of our belongings which have been packed away the whole time we have been married. Its so nice to have all our stuff! Ryan liked the way we lived in Virginia (with pretty much nothing)"not having all the clutter" but I like having our things. While I was unpacking I found all my snowboarding stuff I cant believe I have not gone this season how depressing, i miss Targee! Also we made our first semi-big purchase together a new t.v., we love it! Well that is our lives once we get all settle I will post pics of our new little apt!

V-day with the Evans

Ryan was a great valentine as he always is last year he got me a gun and this year he got me what i really love tons of candy and cookies! We celebrated the Tuesday after V-day because we both worked all day Saturday. We went to dinner and Confessions of a shopaholic! I am obsessed with the books so I was super excited to see it, sadly the movie was nothing like the books but it was still a cute movie and Ry is a sweetie for sitting though it!

My actually v-day was not as pleasant, I did not mind working I knew we would and wanted to because it was going to be a busy day serving. And I like my job and I am very thankful for it, it has been a great job for us while going to school and for the most part people are usually pretty nice. But not this Valentines day I think every rude person in Idaho Falls decide to come and have me for a sever that day I was there for 12 hours and had 45 tables. I wished each and everyone of them a Happy Valentines Day and only ONE returned it. It was not a loving day until I got off and went for a very late breakfast at Perkins with Ryan, Dan, Allyx, Dave and Steph :) Hope you all had an amazing V-day!

so i do not mean to be a blog bragger but I just found out my sociology test I took on Monday I got 98%!!! This is some sort of record for me I am no test taker, I am one of those people who just prays for a C!!! I was stressing out for this test because three tests make up are entire grade so all I did last week was study for this stupid test, look like it paid off!!!! :) the end- whit

the R word

my entire life i have always hated running it just has never been my thing, in middle school i went out for track and they put me on long distance running the mile and half mile, ugh wanted to die. high school i decided to do track again mostly to be outside and hang with Nattie but no running i did all three jump events which i really loved, but NO running. until one track meet coach was like whittney i am putting you in the 200 this meet, great, here i am standing up like an idiot while everyone is crouched down in those cool start things that i did not know how to use. and the race started i may have jumped the gun who knows, half way though i am thinking this is not so bad but then it gets bad, a couple yards before the finish line my body starts to get a little ahead of my legs and next thing i know i am flat on my face.

anyways this post is not about me being an idiot in high school but that I AM CONQUERING THE R WORD, yep that is right ryan convinced me to try running a little before my work outs, even though i told him i hate running i hate running i hate running. i caved and i am running and i actually kinda like it this time. don't get me wrong i wont be running a marathon or anything just a one mile or so before i work out. i am proud of my self,

Finally some pics for Dave and Stephs wedding it was beautiful, the San Diego temple is my fav the reception was right by the beach, I loved her colors so her! Steph looked gorgeous Dave was looking alright too. We got to see lots of are friends, Scott, MB, Dave aswell?, Chase, Levi, Jarom I got to meet Toby and see a lot of his wardrobe. Also we got to spend about 24 hours in the car with Dan and Allyx which is where the sticky buddies come in. It was B v. G, Dan and Ryan were sticky buddies for the trip and Allyx and I were sticky buddies. awesome.

we are back in Idaho!!! But I will back up a little bit because I have been slacking on my blog...
Thanksgiving = amazing
It was my first Thanksgiving being away from family which was different but we had such a fun thanksgiving with Scotty and MB they came down from New York and John and Jenna from Ohio we all stayed in our apt. on air mattress, toured the D.C. area, learned to play settlers, drank Mountain Dew, went to Taylor Hansen house for thanksgiving dinner which was amazing! Us girls got to watch Twilight again and the boys giggled and giggled it was really kind of silly they are in love with each other. Sadly my camera only likes me sometimes these days, so I have no pictures of thanksgiving (refer to Scotty and MB's blog for those, Maribeth takes amazing pictures i am jealous of her talent)
After thanksgiving we packed up all of are stuff into the car had our last Sunday in Virgina. We meet some of the nicest people ever out there, it was kinda sad to leave I will miss them.
And the 40 hour drive begins...
First stop Cynda's. We get there late and hang out a bit the next morning and then we are off to see the city! yes, New York City I cant tell you how excited I was, I have always wanted to go there and yes it was everything I hoped for! Scott even ditched out on work a lot for two days and showed me and Ryan all over the city! Thankfully my camera was working or this blog would be starting to get boring!

Our next stop was Ohio to stay with John and Jenna and eat there favorite pizza, miss them! Then finally made it to Utah and got to see out friends and go to Steph's bridal shower she got so much cute stuff! I also got to do lunch with Kristi when I was there, oh how I miss her!!! Then finally HOME.
We were home for Christmas and we have been able to spend lots of time with both our family's. It is so nice to be home! oh, and I finally got to meet Ryan's brother Andy who was on his mission when we got married, which I was nervous to meet him don't know why but it all went good, he is awesome awesome.
Day After Christmas = on the road again!
We got to take another road trip this time with our friends Dan and Allyx to California to our friends Dave and Stephanie's wedding it was so beautiful... i will post the pics soon!
