shine shine -hm

Okay first things first, i GRADUATED from college!!! December 18th was the big day, finally the last four years of slaving away at BYU-I have paid off! I graduated with a major in Communication with an advertising emphasis and did two clusters instead of a minor one in sociology ( i love learning about people) and the other in Recreational management (yep a bit random.) I had sooo much support though out my college career and also at my graduation as you can see below. My amazing hub put up with a lot of my school related panic attacks about how "there is no way i can get all of this done in time." i said this weekly but if you asked him he would prob say daily. Also my grandma and grandpa Price, and grandma Potter came they have always been so supportive of me and are great examples who i have always looked up to. All of my siblings were there to show there support. And last but definitely not least my mom and dad, i really could have not accomplished this with out their help and support. I am so thankful to have to great parents who love me and always support me in my decisions. I also love the diamond necklace they gave my for graduation, it is perfect!

Next Christmas! My most favorite time of the year, that i did not take one picture of, NOT one! i am so mad with my self. We had a great christmas!!! Ryan and I were both spoiled and I got everything I wanted and more!!! We had lots of family time , saw friends we have not seen in a long time a ATE too much!

We also had the annual Potter family seafood dinner, my Grandma is the best always making these delicious and fun meals for the family get together. Here are all the girls cousins minus Kari and Lexi (we are way out numbered by the boys!)

At carinos graduation time usually means some one leaving and moving on with there lives, the end of this semester 4 of my favorite girls who have been around as long as I have left :( These girls making working there so much more fun, I will miss them! So we had to have a girls good-bye lunch!

First, Allyx & I with all the girls leaving Rachel, Michelle and Chelase. Next, all the girls, Last the fourth girl leaving the one that makes me baby hungry, Rachel's little girl!

And finally ringing in the new year! We had a party it was fun.

We partied with Trav & Janae, Dan and A rock, we were there of coarse and also, Kaylee and Shelby!

zombie-contenders

ZOMBIES

We had a zombie themed halloween this year, starting first with painting zombie pumpkins next shooting the zombie pumpkins! Last Thursday Dan & Allyx, My little brother and his date Lindee, Ryan and I went out to shot our zombie painted, tomato juice filled pumpkins. It's so weird my baby brother is old enough to date now, he is too cute and such a little gentleman.

Next we dressed up as zombies on Halloween day! We worked all day like every Saturday but it was fun to dress up! We overloaded on the fake blood and I was bad at not smiling, zombies don't smile but i like too. It was a happy halloween with LOTS of candy!

CONTENDERS

Our flag football season is over :( it's too bad cause we had an awesome team! Even though all the refs hated us and made lots of unfair calls. They think we play dirty and have dirty mouths, I say we are passionate and there is nothing wrong with that. LAst semester also means last semester to play flag football, so sad! I will miss playing intermurals from flag football to co-ed softball and the b v. g lazer tags games after the games.

today i applied for graduation, from college weird! If all goes well this semester and i pass my 17 credits I am currently taking I will be a college grad in DECEMBER. I am stoked that the last four years of hard work is about to finally pay off. yay me!

GORF plus HSM

Well seeing as how school is taking over my life, i guess thats what I will blog about. Besides all the normal reading, test taking and paper writing there were two fun thing I worked on this week.
First for my pracitcum I am working with my friend Allyx all semster which will be so fun! We are working for her brothers company Global OutREACH Foundation, it really sweet it a non-profit organization that Allyx and I are planning a fundraiser for coming up here in a few weeks! Second was just a little paper I had to write for my sociology class to demenstrate we understand the thoerys we are learning. So I wrote about High School Musical.

it was really fun to write! the rest of my school work is really boring and time consuming so I will spare you the horrible details!

My college grad!!!

Today is Ryan's last day of COLLEGE! I am so proud of him, and also jealous that he is finished, two more semesters for me. He got his degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from BYU-Idaho. I am so proud of all his hard work and the good grades earned, he is really smart and motivated and I love him. Ryan did not want to walk at graduation which was fine by me, but this is what we would have looked like at his graduation... really this is the only the only recent picture of us dressed up I could find. To celebrate we are going camping to Zion's park next week, having a BBQ with the fam, and I am getting Ryan a gun... i know like he needs another but it's what he wants :)

Next step a JOB! Ryan has spent a lot of the semester job hunting, he wants to pursue a career in federal law enforcement. So pretty much I am so thankful for my smarty pants husband!

98 freaking percent!!!

so i do not mean to be a blog bragger but I just found out my sociology test I took on Monday I got 98%!!! This is some sort of record for me I am no test taker, I am one of those people who just prays for a C!!!
